Route 11 no longer exists officially. Sometime in the late 1960s or early 1970s, the number was changed to Route 121. The only reason I have Route 11 listed here is because the number was never given to another route and because Route 11 actually went further than present-day Route 121. Route 11 ran 6.5 miles in Rhode Island.

Woonsocket - 3.6 miles: RI-122 to Cumberland Line
Winter Street, Privilege Street, Social Street and Diamond Hill Road

Cumberland - 2.9 miles: Woonsocket Line to Massachusetts State Line
Pine Swamp Road and Wrentham Road
